Welcome to DocuCarry. DocuCarry is a product of Vini Soft Solutions Inc, a Maryland corporation (“Vini Soft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using DocuCarry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

DocuCarry is a platform that helps people connect to coordinate the hand-carry of documents. We are not a carrier, broker, agent, or customs representative. We do not transport items, handle payments, or guarantee any outcome.

• Not a transportation provider or courier.
• Not a customs/import/export agent and does not give legal advice.
• Does not process or hold payments between users.
• Not a guarantor of any user’s actions, timing, or availability.

• Coordinate only lawful documents.
• Follow all applicable laws and airline/airport rules.
• Make truthful declarations and obtain any required permits or licenses.
• You are responsible for duties, taxes, penalties, storage, or inspection fees.

DocuCarry does not collect or process payments. Any money is arranged directly between the sender and traveler, at their own risk.

Matches are informational only and not endorsements. DocuCarry disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for lost items, delays, damages, disputes, or illegal activity by users. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

• Contraband or items restricted by law, including export-controlled materials.
• Unlawful, forged, or altered documents.
• Fraud, money laundering, or attempts to evade security or customs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or applicable law.

Using DocuCarry does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.

By using DocuCarry you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
